That’s odd. I seem to be able to edit lossless 1920×1080 footage just fine. It’s a tad wierd that I can edit HD footage, yet I can’t play an “HD” youtube video…
I wasn’t saying that this isn’t HD. I was just saying that due to the limitations of the average person’s internet connection, the bitrate of most of these videos is very low, which results in a loss of quality. 1080p footage at 3mbps will be just as bad as 720p at the same rate.
It might as well be less than 720p since the bitrate is obviously so low. Most of these videos don’t really look 1080p. It’s a waist of pixels if the bitrate is low.
sorry no 1080i has less quality than 720p, and the reason for, i standing for interlaced, meaning every other scan line is produced then, it comes back and does the others, like odd/odd, even/even, the p stands for progressive scan, which means each line is scanned at that moment, it goes 1,2,3..etc which leads in smoother image and less screen tearing
IMAX uses the 1.44:1 aspect ratio while HDTV’s use 1.78:1. Thats why it looks more square.

that was really awsome!
ur pc doesnt support hd then
I don’t know about the new Imax movies but this is a fairly old one and the aspect ratio was more squarish and not at all wide.
